Laced or Toggle Latched Shoe

This shoe can either be toggle-latched or laced. It is based on a shoe worn by some English CIvil War reenactors and, I'm told, other reenactors doing Elizabethan and Jacobean era recreation.

It is a welted shoe, and is made so that the tabs on the welt wrap around the edge of the sole.
