Since all of this information came from other sources, I really don't feel like I can copyright it. Feel free to use it as you wish. If you like the occasional hypothesis herein all I ask is that you remember where you got it.

Note on sources:

The sources used for this were the episodes and movies, the Next Generation Technical Manual, the Star Trek Chronology, The Writers Guides and onscreen visual references found in the Concordances to the old and new series. The old series Technical Manual was used as a comparison in one instance only.

The codes in parentheses indicate the source. Episode and movie codes are explained under the titles, where they occur in the chronology. The follow the coding system is based on those used by Bjo Trimble and Larry Nemecek.

2794 A mutant fungus attacks the food supply of Tarsus IV. Governor Kodos, "the Executioner," executes over half the colonists to help conserve food (CK (STM (October 1999))). [Hoshi Sato and her family are among those killed by Kodos. She is buried in Kyoto with her husband Takashi Kimura (In a Mirror, Darkly, pt.2/v?).]

Charlie Evans and his parents crash on Thasus. Charlie, the only survivor, is given special abilities by the Thasians in order to ensure his survival (CX).

Ensign James Kirk, serving on the USS Republic, NCC-1373, reports a mistake of Finney's. Kirk graduates from SFA (STM (October 1999)).
Enterprise visits Rigel VII. Pike's Yeoman and two others are killed - several others are wounded (Me). They head towards the Vega colony with the wounded. Enroute to Vega, the Enterprise visits Talos IV. This visit leads to the establishment of General Order 7, and the only death penalty on Star Fleet's books (Me).

Kirk is promoted to Lt. and is transferred to the Farragut. Lt. James Kirk visits the planet Neural.
Treaty of Armens. This is the last communication between the Sheliak corporate and the Federation (ec).
[*There may have been some sort of war with Axanar which took place around this time, which Garth of Izar fought in (WGD). It can't have taken place much earlier than this since Kirk was decorated for participating in the "Axanar Peace Mission" (Cml)]

[There is clearly a major refit of the Enterprise at the end of Pike's tour. Dr. Lawrence Marvick may have redesigned the engines at this time, as they lose the spike at the front of the nacelle (TB, WNM/v). Also the exterior configuration of the Bridge changes, the ship's complement changes from 203 to 430, many of the interior rooms are altered, and many of the motion activated control systems are replaced by switches and toggles, (Phased) laser systems are replaced with phasers, and so on. It can be assumed that this refit took a number of years.]

In the Mirror Universe, Kirk assumes the captaincy of the ISS Enterprise through the assassination of Christopher Pike probably about this time (MM)

Dukhat claims to have made things easier for the Bajorans, the labor camp commanders to reduce output, and child labor abolished, food increased. Kira Meru, Kira's mother, is said to have died of malnutrition in the Singa refugee camp (Second Skin). Actually she becomes a comfort woman on Terak Nor, and later becomes the mistress of Gul Dukhat (Wrongs Darker than Death or Night) ["The new Cardassian ore Processing Station orbiting Bajor is nearing completion..." The ore processing center isn't up and running. Basso Tromac is Dukhat's Bajoran assistant]. The assassination attempt "on my own station" may be the one referred to in (Waltz).
