---- Saturday November 25 - Powwow, Program Hosts: Kermit and Betsy Hoffmeier The guest host is to provide transportation to Will Rogers Downs, 20900 South 4200 Road, Claremore, Oklahoma. (Approx 3 miles E. of Claremore on Highway 20)

13:00-14:00 Delegation arrives for lunch served in a private reception area where artists from the Indian Territory Arts & Humanities Council will exhibit their work. The tables will be decorated with a Native American theme. Native American flute music will be presented. (Wine & Beer will be available) * 14:00-16:30 Pow Wow will take place in the Cowboy Club. Dance Exhibition will include information on the dances and the dance regalia. Pow-Wow Princess will be crowned. (There is no alcohol is permitted at the Pow-Wow) 15:30-16:00 Optional Tour of Horse Racing Facility 16:30-17:30 Grand Entry at Pow-Wow followed by recognition and gifting of Celle delegation. 17:30-18:30 Dinner in the Turf Club Restaurant. A special section of the Turf Club Restaurant will be reserved. Prime rib will be served. 18:30-20:30 Team Roping competition in the Will Rogers Downs Indoor Arena. A special seating section will be set aside for the delegation with a Will Rogers Downs representative providing information about the event. 20:30- Delegation will return to the Cowboy Club for an evening of country music, two stepping and Oklahoma hospitality. A cash bar will be available for this event.

*The Art Show will be open until 7 PM so that guests may come and go between the Pow-Wow, Team roping competition and the Art Show. The hospitality area will be in the Artists Room throughout this event and we can offer wine and beer in this area.
