Geof and the boys went on a road trip this summer while Judy was in Santiago. They found some boiled crabs in Baton Rouge and stopped in a park to eat them. Vodka martini... shaken, not stirred. We are at a restarant at the Galleria in Houston. We attended an Astros game the next day.
Goofing around at our hotel in the Galleria.
We went to see the Astros play, and ran into friends from Baton Rouge -- Steve and Julie Meek, along with their children. Here we are at the Astros game.
At the Astros game. At the Astros game.
Geof and the boys drove all the way down to Grand Isle, LA to go fishing.
Back in Baton Rouge, we used to go to a Chinese restaurant called "Bamboo Garden". The boys always liked this fish statue there.
Geaux Tigers! We were disappointed to learn that Skip Bertman's batting cages had closed down. We decided to play mini golf at the Celebration Station in Baton Rouge.
Our good friends, Art and Janet Earlywine (on the right) invited us to a barbecue along with our other good friends, Terry and Lerenna Eastman (left), while we were in Baton Rouge. Of course, we had to stop and see Grandma while we were in Texas.
We headed to Dallas after visiting Grandma in Beaumont. Here are the boys swimming at the pool. We saw a Texas Rangers while in Dallas. All of us boys are now one stadium ahead of Judy in our quest to see all the Major League stadiums.
At the Ranger's game Uncle Wade joined us and brought Spencer and Samuel.
