Armor Inspection for
Armored & Rapier is scheduled to begin at 9:30.
Armored & Rapier combat are scheduled to begin at 9:30.
There will be three 3 main tracks for the fighting. The sessions are designed so
that cross fighters (those who fight both armored and rapier) can get training
and fighting in all of the scenarios practice section.
1. Rapier Scenario Practices Track
2. Armoured Scenario Practice Track
3. Armour Training Track
There will be morning and afternoon sessions following armor inspections.
Armor
inspections and authorizations will begin at 9:00 am and the sessions end at
10:00 am when the sessions begin. The morning and the afternoon sessions will be
repeats of each other, and will flow as shown in the attached XLS file. The
subsections are:
1. Basic Shield wall -> this session will cover how to fight in a
shield wall in limited front and open field battles.
2. Basic spear -> this session will
cover how to use a spear in the battle in support of shield
walls and by itself
3. Basic pole arm -> this session will cover how to use
pole arms and
great swords in support of the army.
4. Bridge Battle -> this session
will be used to practice tactics for holding a bridge and
working effectively on the type of bridge scenario we expect to
see at Gulf Wars.
5. Town Battle -> this session will
be used for us to refine our tactics for taking and holding the
houses during the town battle.
6. Capture Flag -> this session
will be a test of our game playing ability
to see if we can discern the optimum ways of scoring for the battle at Gulf
Wars.
7. Resurrection/Ravine Battle -
Final session to make certain that everyone has gotten enough
fighting in.
8. Pickups - there will be an area
set aside during the day for pickup fights for those who are
interested.
There will be a break in the organized fighting from 12:30 to 2. Lunch options
will be available in the Hall throughout this period.
Both the Armored and the Raper practice are scheduled to end at approximately
5pm.
